SHIPPING POLICY
Standard shipping: We offer free standard shipping to all countries (US, UK, Canada, Singapore, etc) on orders over USD $149. We charge a flat shipping fee of USD $9.99 for orders under USD $149. Under standard shipping, it takes 7-12 business days for us to process and dispatch orders. Please allow an extra 5-10 business days for custom stitching orders.
Express shipping: Express shipping is available to customers who need their products sooner for an extra charge. Under express shipping, it takes 3-7 business days for us to process and dispatch orders. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for custom stitching orders.
RETURN POLICY
We have a generous 7 day no-questions-asked return policy on most products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take it back. Please initiate returns by emailing us at help@shopethnos.com within 7 days of delivery.
